This month we feature upcoming manslaughter cases that highlight the consequences of inadequate health and safety in the workplace.  Also featured is the progress of the Corporate Manslaughter Bill, that is now in debate between the House of Lords and the Commons and what as an organisation you should consider in readiness for its release.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE), are currently running a 'ladder exchange' in partnership with some major retailers and hire centres.  The article also contains information on checking your ladders for faults.
