In this months issue we cover health and safety developments past and present, a recent survey has highlighted that a large proportion of business vehicles are poorly maintained and a warning issued by the HSE following recent high winds. Prosecutions this month include a custodial sentence enforced for a company MD, a machinery firm has been fined for continuing to produce dangerous products, a Director has been personally fined £178,000 following a fatal incident and a fall from height resulted in a Luton firm being fined £95,000.
