In this months issue we cover a number of prosecutions including an incident where a 16 year old lost two fingers, employees developed dermatitis after handling chemicals, a man was killed by a reversing lorry, a fast food company was prosecuted for slip hazards, a property developer conducted demolition works with little regard for public safety, a vehicle recovery employee was killed underneath a bus, a decorating firm was fined following a fall from height, an unqualified tree surgeon fell from height with a running chainsaw and the London Borough of Hackney were fined £10,000 after electric shock left an employee in a coma.
