Legislative Requirement	The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
Aims of Training	At the end of the course the delegates will be able to: Proactively manage site safety Recognise risk and hazard circumstances on site Take the necessary preventative action In addition delegates will: Have a grasp of the legal requirements to enable them to properly discharge their responsibilities Have an increased understanding of site safety
Maximum Number of Delegates	15 per course This training is also run as a public course
