Scaffold Inspection Course

Course Duration One Day including practical element
Who will Benefit Anyone with the responsibility to manage scaffold on site
Legislative Requirement The Work at Height Regulations 2005
Aims of Training To provide delegates with the necessary skills to inspect independent tied scaffolding up to 50 meters unsheeted and 25 meters sheeted.
Subjects include:
  • Identification of Legal Requirements
  • Identification of all Scaffold Components
  • Practical Inspection
  • Maximum Number of Delegates 15

    All delegates attending on-site training course must have the correct PPE i.e:
  • safety boots
  • helmet
  • hi-viz jacket
  • Resources Required Client to provide:
  • Training room to comfortably accommodate all the delegates with 240V power supply for the theory component of the course
  • In order that your delegates gain the most from the course, our ideal scaffold requirements are:
  • 3 Bays in length
  • 2 lifts high with the top lift boarded to use as working platform
  • Approximately 10 minor faults should be built into the scaffold

  • Trainer to provide:
  • Training Equipment (course notes and presentation package)
