Up to Five Days - Novice
Suitable for Experienced - Operatives with a minimum of six months continuous experience
Novice - Little or no experience
Experienced - Operatives who meet the CITB candidate criteria

Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998
Aims of Training Provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills to operate a lift truck under varying work and operating conditions, safely and efficiently
Maximum Number of Delegates 3 men : 1 machine

All delegates must have the correct PPE i.e:
  • safety boots
  • helmet
  • hi-viz jacket
  • 4 men : 1 machine

  • Resources Required Client to provide:
  • Access to a fully operational forklift and sufficient space to carry out training and/or assessment. Suitable loads and a good selection of empty pallets
  • Site must have the ability to load at low level (ground), eye level and high level
  • Flat bed vehicle a bonus
  • Training room to comfortably accommodate the delegates with 240V power supply for the theory component of the course
