General Fire Safety Awareness

Course Duration	Half Day (Approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours)
Who will Benefit	All employees to assist them in identifying and reducing the risks of fires occurring in the workplace.
Legislative Requirement	Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Aims of Training	To raise delegates fire safety awareness Topics to be covered include: Principles of combustion, extinction and fire prevention Fire extinguishers identification and selection Hazard Spotting Actions on discovering a fire Raising the alarm Evacuation and fire drills
Maximum Number of Delegates	10 This training is also run as a public course
Resources Required	Client to provide (if in house): Training venue to comfortably accommodate all delegates with 240V power supply for the theory component of the course. This is a purely theoretical training course Trainer to provide: Training Equipment (course notes and presentation package).
