Safety Plans

Regulation 23 of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 states that the Principal Contractor on a construction project is responsible for the preparation, implementation and review of a Construction Phase Plan.

This plan must be in place before the commencement of a project and should set out the organisation and arrangements that have been put in place to manage risk and
co-ordinate the work on site.

If you have been appointed as Principal Contractor on a construction project and feel that you need help with your safety plans, THSP can produce these on your behalf.

Call us on 08456 122144 or Request a call back from THSP to discuss this service in more detail.
